Americanist says most Americans don’t want Biden re-elected

Less than a third of the citizens of the United States of America believe that US President Joe Biden should be re-elected next year, the rest want to see someone else in the post – as noted by political scientist, Americanist Malek Dudakov in his talk with the Soloviev Live TV channel

The expert drew attention to the fact that the 2020 elections were not easy for Joe Biden, and the next ones will be even more difficult for him.

“In 2020, Biden barely survived the election race. Now he is even in worse situation. In this regard, the question arises of how he will conduct it. Obviously, he will not be able to travel all over America and speak at rallies. That is, [US Vice President] Kamala Harris and his entire staff will probably take the rap. Yes, he will probably speak, he will still have to somehow communicate with journalists, but all questions are agreed in advance. And even so, Biden constantly misspeaks. There are big problems with this,” said Malek Dudakov.

The expert believes that former US President Donald Trump has more chances to win than Joe Biden.

“Trump is his main competitor. The man is also late middle-aged, but at least he is much more active. Obviously, everything is easier for him. We see that 70 percent of Americans would not want Biden to be re-elected for a second term. Even now he is not coping with presidential duties, more to come during his second term. He will be 82 years old at the beginning of this term and 86 years old at its end,” Malek Dudakov underlined.
