Almost 2m tonnes of grain harvested in Belarus by now

By today, August 3rd, 1 million 944 thousand tonnes of grain have been harvested in the country – as informed by the Agriculture and Food Ministry

Almost 25 percent of grain and leguminous crops have been harvested (without corn, buckwheat, and millet): 45 percent in the Brest Region, 8 percent in the Vitebsk Region, 38 percent in the Gomel Region, 20 percent in the Grodno Region, 21 percent in the Minsk Region, and 16 percent in the Mogilev Region.

The average yield makes 37.2 quintals per hectare, which is almost 5 quintals more than in 2021.
