$900,000 of contracts signed following Belarusian-Kyrgyz business forum
The figure was announced by the National Marketing Centre which was organised the event on the side of Belarus
“An exchange of business contacts worked at the forum, and meetings between Belarusian and Kyrgyz enterprises representing the food sector, mechanical engineering, healthcare and agriculture were held. As a result of the event, bilateral contracts totalling $900,000 were signed," the centre said.
Nikolai Borisevich, the Director of the National Marketing Centre, noted that, in recent times, there has been a growing interest on the part of Belarusian businesses in development of bilateral business contacts with Kyrgyzstan. As one of the national export support institutions, the National Marketing Centre confirms its readiness for more active interaction with Kyrgyz companies interested in co-operative ties with Belarusian entrepreneurs.
The forum participants could get acquainted with opportunities for interaction with enterprises of the agricultural, food and industrial sectors of Belarus. Financial instruments to support foreign economic activity were also presented.
