51 Belarusian women awarded Order of Mother

On December 13^th, the President of Belarus, Aleksandr Lukashenko, signed Decree No. 387 on awarding the Order of Mother, the Belarusian leader’s press service reports

For giving birth and upbringing of five or more children, ladies from all walks of Belarusian life were awarded, including representatives of industrial and agro-industrial enterprises, the construction sphere and the social sector, trade and communication, educational institutions, healthcare, Armed Forces, religious organisations, as well as housewives.

In total, the Order of Mother has been conferred on 51 women from the Brest, Grodno and Mogilev regions.
