42.93% of Belarusians voted ahead of schedule
According to the results of early voting at the nationwide referendum on amendments and additions to the Constitution of Belarus, 42.93 percent of citizens on the voting lists cast their vote in the country – as reported by the Telegram channel of the Central Commission on Elections and Holding Republican Referenda
In the Brest Region, 44.98 percent of voters made their choice ahead of schedule, in the Vitebsk Region – 43.6 percent, in the Gomel Region – 49.02 percent, in the Grodno Region – 42.59 percent, in the Minsk Region – 43.31 percent, and in the Mogilev Region – 44.4 percent. In the city of Minsk, 34.75 percent of eligible voters have cast their ballots by now.
Today, February 27th, is the main voting day, with polling stations open until 8pm countywide.
