Chairman of Belarusbank’s Board, Sergei Pisarik, signed the document with Board member and Director General Rudolf Scholten, of Austria, alongside employees of corresponding business subdivisions of the Austrian financial institution.
“Such guarantees are an outstanding and unprecedented case, testifying to the high trust in our bank and recognition of its business reputation. This debut agreement allows us entrance to a new level of relations in the sphere of international business,” notes Mr. Pisarik.
Belarusbank is convinced that the implementation of this transaction will facilitate the strengthening and development of collaboration between our two countries.
The Austrian Control Bank was founded in 1946 and is a specialised institution in Austria, focusing on the promotion of Austrian industrial produce to foreign markets by providing insurance of export loans. It combines the functions of an export insurance agency and a bank.
