Belarusian people made their choice. This choice provides an underlying historical connection with national spiritual sources and routes, resting upon fundamental spiritual values of the nation, preserving its unity. It excludes aggression and expansion, threatening the right of other peoples to independent determination of its social order.
Our strategic target of formation of economically strong, socially fair, and independent state based on its progressive advance, remains permanent.
