Prime Minister of Pakistan, Nawaz Sharif, initiates phone conversation with President of the Republic of Belarus, Alexander Lukashenko, on February 18th
Discussing the current situation and prospects for developing bilateral relations, as well as international issues, the two heads of state agreed that Mr. Lukashenko would make an official visit to Pakistan, to help drive forward our bilateral relationship and collaboration, while setting up closer political and trade-economic ties. Terms will be agreed later, through diplomatic channels.
The President of Belarus and the Prime Minister of Pakistan have expressed confidence that our countries will see close economic and political co-operation, as well as social and humanitarian partnership.
