“In Minsk, last year, we implemented a serious investment programme and finished development of the site allocated. A number of offices have been built, as has a business incubator, a data processing centre and other sites,” noted the Director of the HTP Administration, Valery Tsepkalo, speaking at a press conference.
He believes that the most important investments are those into human capital. “We must speak of investments in people, their education and the enhancement of their professional level. Each HTP company trains its employees, alongside others who may come to work in the Park later.”
Mr. Tsepkalo believes that education is the secret of Belarusian IT success. “Intellect is the driving force behind the HTP and the Belarusian economy,” he adds.
