Our national football squad is to launch the coming season wearing new uniforms, embroidered with emblems. At the recent presentation ceremony, they joked that they now need to live up to expectations.


Halfback Igor Stasevich underlines, “It’s a beautiful uniform and I feel comfortable in it, but it doesn’t influence the game. Our results in the new selection round will depend on how we play, although the uniform may bring good luck.”

Our team will play in the new uniform from August 31st, meeting Oslo for a friendly game in Norway. Our Belarusian squad will then begin the first round of the 2018 FIFA World Cup with a home match against the French, on September 6th.
