Belarusian footballer Sergey Krivets moves from BATE to French Metz

Belarus’ ten-time football champion with BATE Borisov FC, Sergey Krivets, is transferring onto the Lorraine Region squad: French Metz.

Krivets, 28, joined the Borisov club for the second time in July 2013, as a mid-fielder. He has played in 45 matches for the national team, scoring 22 goals and making 21 scoring passes. His talent has aided BATE in its tenth national championship title, winning the Belarus Super Cup and qualifying for the Champions League-2014/15. In the current Belarus Championship, in the highest league, the half-back leads in the ‘goal+pass’ system.
