Lithuanian paths of Yanka Kupala
Over the River Viliya photo exhibition at Yanka Kupala State Literary Museum in Minsk shows places in Lithuania which are connected with the life and creativity of prominent Belarusian writer Yanka Kupala, depicting our neighbour through the eyes of its residents
The Fotoexpress.lt Photo Club, which unites over 200 photographers from Lithuania, has been establishing creative contacts with colleagues from around the world. In late 2011, the Belarusian Minsk Folk Photo Club joined their number. Meanwhile, the Yanka Kupala Literary Museum has long been liaising with the Lithuanian group. The Over the River Viliya (Open Lithuania) exhibition is the result of co-operation with the Lithuanian Foreign Ministry and the Belarusian Embassy to Lithuania.
