«Savushkin product» gets FSSC 22000, enters EU markets soon

«Savushkin product» will enter Western markets soon

An important event occurred for Brest enterprise «Savushkin product» on June 24. On that day the company received two certificates that confirmad the compliance of Food Safety Management System standard FSSC 22000. Henceforward the products produced by the company in Brest and Pinsk can enjoy full rights on the store shelves of the EU countries. Milk, cream, yogurt, kefir, cottage cheese, semi-hard cheese whey powder, dessert cheese and butter are among them. According to Alexander Savchits, the General Director, the first batch of the certified products under the international standard will go to the Baltics. It will be about 20 tons of cheese, yoghurts and desserts.

By the way, obtaining international certificates of quality standard FSSC 22000 requires annual audit and confirmation after three years.
