Belarusian graces claim six medals at Rhythmic Gymnastics Grand Prix in France

On the final day of the competitions Belarusian athletes won six medals, with girls achieving the greatest success in group exercises, being awarded gold for their composition with six clubs and two hoops.


Belarus’ national team captures gold

Belarusians have earned 17,900 points, followed by the Spaniards (17,850) and the Ukrainians (17,800). Moreover, our gymnasts claimed silver in the exercise with five ribbons. Belarus’ national squad comprised Ksenia Cheldyshkina, Arina Tsitsolina, Maria Kadobina, Maria Kotyak, Anna Dudenkova and Valeria Pishchelina.

Medals were also claimed in individual tournaments, with Melitina Stanyuta coming second in the exercise with the ribbon and third in the exercises with the clubs, a hoop and a ball.
