Belarusian builders offered to participate in erection of energy efficient objects in Kazakhstan

The UNDP representation in Kazakhstan has offered experts from Belarus to participate in the construction of energy efficient objects in Astana.

The first residential energy efficient house was erected in Kazakhstan in the city of Karaganda under a project which was developed by Belarusian experts. The equipment for the air exchange also was supplied by a Brest company. After commissioning of the building, a meeting with representatives of UNDP was held in Kazakhstan. The Director of the Belarusian Institute of dwelling was invited to participate. “The whole list of projects including construction of energy efficient residential houses in Astana was offered to our experts. Co-operation was also offered to Belarusian suppliers of corresponding equipment and also to construction organisations,” the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to Kazakhstan, H.E. Mr. Anatoly Nichkasov noted.

The head of the diplomatic representative office noted that it is a question of not just construction of separate residential houses, but the erection of separate groups of houses and quarters, and also schools, kindergartens and other social buildings which can be designed with the application of Belarusian energy saving technologies.
