Presentation of the first susi-bar was held in one of the restaurants in Gomel. In order to guarantee the truly Japanese traditions in cuisine offered to the visitors, the susi-bar employed a chef that had had internship in Japan.
Under his guidance the staff of the susi-bar mastered the art of Oriental cuisine.
On the menu of the new bar there are dishes with exotic names and made of exotic ingredients. Thus, here one can taste dishes made of Japanese eel, ocean shrimps, salmon, crab and other see and ocean products. Japanese dishes are always served with a soy sauce and are eaten with wooden chopsticks.
In spite of the price range which is rather high, the bar’s administration is sure that the bar will enjoy popularity. More than ever guests are welcome here on public holidays by the Japanese calendar.
