The idea of joint postgraduate studentship was put forward during negotiations with representatives of Harbin University of Science and Technologies. The meeting in China also considered the principles of organization of joint training of candidates of sciences and PhDs. Belarusian post-graduate students will be taught in Harbin University of Science and Technologies, the parties agreed.The Chinese side shows great interest in training skilled specialists in IT, linguistics, electronics, construction and healthcare. Belarus needs specialists in philology, history and culture science.
