Firsthand i would like to note the significance of the month of March and its original mission. It is March that infects us with incurable optimism, despite blizzards and snowdrifts. March fills us with a peculiar and incomparable spring mood. It is not without a good reason that the International Women’s Day is celebrated in March. Spring flowers and aromas call to life sympathy and emotions that would definitely remain untouched on an ordinary day.There is another important day marked right in the middle of the month, the Day of Constitution, March 15. The young Belarusian nation lives in accordance with the Constitution, the Law that defines what is right or wrong, provides rights and responsibilities. The Constitution is an ideal set of concepts for a modern democratic country with comprehensible rules of interaction between the state and the citizen. Lacking in emotion legal norms of the Constitution appear clear and simple if considered logically. The diversity of life in the 21st century fits perfectly well into the Constitution that is so sagacious in its philosophical inferences.

The importance of this day is hard to overestimate. Our country is now in the limelight, but the comments of international observers and political experts is not what people will look for at polling stations on Sunday, March 19. Election means the maturity of the nation, the eagerness to take part in decision-making. It is for people to decide, and their choice will definitely be based on the visualization of life in its diversity.
