FC Dinamo Minsk and FC Shakhtyor Soligorsk make the play-offs of the UEFA Europa League
Dinamo Minsk defeated Romanian FC CFR Cluj with a comprehensive 2:0 victory in the return leg of the third qualifying round of UEFA Europa League, while FC Shakhtyor Soligorsk, on the Borisov-Arena pitch, drew 2:2 against Belgian S.V. Zulte Waregem and went through on aggregate, making it the first time that two Belarusian clubs have made their way to the play-offs of the Europa League at the same time.At the UEFA headquarters in Swiss Nyon, they held a draw of the play-off rounds for the 2014/15 season. Teams from the Netherlands and Portugal will play with the two Belarusian clubs at this stage of tournament. FC Shakhtyor Soligorsk will meet with Netherlands’ PSV Eindhoven, while FC Dinamo Minsk will play with Portuguese C.D. Nacional in their two leg matches.
