Bronze for the “Organ-grinder”

Several new bronze sculptures will appear in Minsk streets soon. A competition of statue projects was held; both well-known and young Belarusian sculptors took part in it. The artistic board has approved several works: “Governor’s carriage”, “Organ-grinder”, “Lady and chevalier”, “Fiddler” and “Nurse and child”. The new sculptures will continue the line of compositions like “Postman” near “Oktyabr” cinema, “Girl on a bench” in Mikhailovsky mini-park and “Photographer” at Komarovsky marketplace, which have already gained popularity among Minsk residents.
